Antique Egyptian Doors at Eco Relics
Our imported Egyptian doors are approximately 100 to 125 years old and come from various cities all over Egypt.

Most of these doors are constructed out of Eastern European pine that primarily comes from Russia.

Hand forged metal work inserts that were primarily cold connected with rivets and some vintage glass panels. Since the Iron is riveted instead of welded this typically indicates pre-1900.

They are equally as stunning with wrought iron inserts or with heavy carved panels.

These doors can be used as pantry doors, closet doors, wine cellar doors, or just propped against the dining room wall as a statement piece. They can also be repurposed for any decor.

Custom Barn Door project using Antique Egyptian Doors
When building Barn Doors, simple design is more authentic to the farmhouse style. However with a little imagination, a modern or industrial look is also achievable with the help of angle iron or other metal building materials. Billy Leeka started this project with a pair of 100 year old Antique Egyptian doors and the end product was nothing less than stunning!

Antique Egyptian doors and shutters are very rare and have come a long way. They definitely make a statement, with most of the hardware intact, great old wood, very heavy, with glass, wrought iron, locks, hinges and plenty of rust.
