Parker Burrer is one of those master craftsmen who likes to play around with different styles when designing custom creations for his customers. He uses a healthy mix of old school craftsmanship with modern technology. Often when building a custom piece using mostly reclaimed or salvaged materials, the project can be a little challenging, but when he dove into this project, he knew exactly the direction he was going to take.
This project started with two Live Edge slabs of reclaimed Live Oak. To join the two together, Parker chose to create a ‘river’ of resin between the two.

Parker reveals the underside of the table top to show where he actually etched out the resin to create an eerie flowing water effect.

After the project has been completed, Parker inspects his work, as he does with all custom projects.

The finished project awaits one final wipe down before the customer arrives to pick it up.
